CopyPrintFaxScan.com.au has been designed to make investing in new office equipment simple and easy. Our philosophy with the Payment Process has been designed with the same methodology in mind. There are two options available: Purchasing Outright or Finance the equipment

Purchasing Outright

Copier/MFD Products

All Copier/MFD's are delivered, installed and serviced directly by the supplier. CopyPrintFaxScan simply facilitates the transaction. To do this we take a 9.75% as a deposit for your order. All the details for delivery are passed through to the supplier that you have chosen which then activates the installation process.

On delivery & installation of the device, the supplier will provide an invoice which will outline the total price of the device that you have ordered less the 9.75% deposit that has already been paid. The balance of the invoice to be made directly to the supplier as per the invoice terms and conditions.

Printers, Fax Machines & Scanners

All Printers, Fax Machines and Scanners are supplied directly by a Wholesale partner. Due to lower dollar value of these products full payment is required when ordering. This can be made via a Mastercard or a Visa payment.

Financing the Equipment

If you are financing the equipment the process is the same regardless of the type of product you are acquiring and works in the following way:

When you select the finance option you will need to fill out a finance application online. Once this has been completed it will be processed and one of our Customer Service team members will call you to confirm approval and outline the next step.

Shipping and Delivery Policies

CopyPrintFaxScan acts as a facilitator for the sale of the equipment offered on the website. All products are delivered directly by the supplier to the customer on receipt of the order from CopyPrintFaxScan.

All suppliers have a policy of delivering the goods to the customer within five working days of the order received. If the supplier does not have stock of an item the customer is informed immediately on ordering. The expected delivery date is outlined and alternative arrangements are made if the customer requires.

CopyPrintFaxScan works with the suppliers and keeps the customer informed of the delivery status of the order at all times.

Export Restrictions

CopyPrintFaxScan has no involvement in the import or export of equipment.

Refund / Return Policy

If a customer has been supplied a product based on information provided by CopyPrintFaxScan and this information is shown to be incorrect, CopyPrintFaxScan will take back the equipment supplied and refund the money to the customer.

If a customer is not satisfied with a product they have been supplied, CopyPrintFaxScan will work with the customer in an advisory role to ensure a satisfactory outcome is reached.

Merchant Data Privacy Policy

CopyPrintFaxScan collects and stores only the customer data that is required to process orders and deliver goods. Shipping addresses are shared only with the supplier of the ordered goods. Sensitive information is not kept on record, and is only transmitted over a secure HTTP connection.
